Global Citizen – Global Impact Predictor

Cannes Chimera was an initiative by the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation that uses the creativity of communication professionals around the world to help solve global problems. This idea, 1 of only 3 winners globally in 2015, is part of a simple and shareable digital activation that demonstrates just how easy it is to make a global impact – ‘The Global Impact Predictor’. This online tool uses simple inputs to demonstrate and predict how much change we can influence in today’s world at an individual level, and more importantly, illustrate how the powerful change we can make together. A simple to use interface allows users to answer simple questions about their social media connections and habits, in turn seeing how this can make a real impact on the world at a global scale.
